Step 1:
After you create your account, order your resume, and pay, you can choose to upload your existing resume or just use our easy form to enter your information.

Step 2:
After you upload your resume or submit your past career info, you will talk directly to your writer through your personal bulletin board. Your writer will ask you targeted questions about your career and industry, and will work with you to create a draft of your resume.

Step 3:
After you approve the draft, your resume goes to the designer and proofreader. When they are finished, your Shiny New Resume will be available for download in a fully-designed PDF, editable Word, and scannable ASCII format. You will also get a semi-customized, editable cover letter in Word format.
